Aren is proudly from Winnipeg and graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Master of Physical Therapy degree. His passion for running, inclusiveness, health and community wellness are some of the main reasons he became a Physiotherapist. As a Physiotherapist, Aren’s treatment approach is grounded in building a positive environment around you while respecting your unique situational needs. He uses a client-specific approach that focuses on client education, graded exercise programs that are specific to you, and manual therapy to help empower clients to move safely, confidently, and freely so that they can live their lives the way they want to.
