Your kinesiologist will meet with you one-on-one to determine your health goals, discuss your medical history and conduct a functional movement assessment to evaluate your range of motion, flexibility, muscle strength and movement patterns.

During this follow-up session, your kinesiologist will guide and show you through your personalized, safe and effective exercise program focused on strengthening, endurance, mobility and flexibility to help you achieve your goals.
